The annual Jack Awards ceremony in Sydney saw Wolfmother voted as Best Live Band by fans. What makes this a particularly gratifying reward is that it is voted for by the fans themselves online, rather than some inutile panel.

The band weren’t there to recieve the award in person because they are currently touring in the States, but apparently the party rocked in their honour anyway.

Following the US leg of the tour, the band will be playing some European dates including festivals, then Live Aid in Austrlia before returning to the studio at long last to get the second album underway.
