Wolfmother add extra tour dates

While touring with the travelling music festival Big Day Out between 21 January and 6 February, Wolfmother will also be playing a number of supplemental concerts for those not lucky or rich enough to be going to the BDO gigs. After the Gold Coast show on 23 January, the band will play at The Great Northern in Byron Bay on 24 January, and during a short break in proceedings they will visit Ballarat and Geelong, Victoria, on 31 January and 1 February respectively. After their mysterious hiatus recently following a still unknown illness, the band have just announced a new gig! It’s a charity gig to benefit The Regent (I guess Aussies may know more about this than me!).

I have to say, I am very relieved … I was starting to wonder if the band would ever return. I should learn to have more faith!
